Returns

• You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Please include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

• To request an exchange, please email us at minizzzstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made jewellery are non-returnable unless defective.

• Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded, only exchanged if damaged.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
